Hyderabad: Syeda Falak of Hyderabad created history in the field of Karate by winning the gold medal in US Karate Championship held at Pear’s Las Vegas Convention Center. She got the honour of first athlete of Telangana. She defeated American player Robinson Brandi in semi final and in final she defeated Ukraine’s athlete. She came back to Hyderabad yesterday.
Talking the newsmen at the Airport, she dedicated her victory to the people of the country and said that her parents encouraged her.
